Am I guaranteed the tickets I order once I submit the online order form?
Not yet, we must first confirm the tickets are still available. Once we do that we'll contact you regarding order completion. Please remember we receive a Fax Authorization and payment before any order is guaranteed.
What if the tickets I ordered are no longer available?
In many cases Action Seating will recommend comparable or better seats. Our sales department will contct you to discuss similiar seating and pricing.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will not be charged until we receive the signed Fax Authorization for your tickets.
How long will it take to receive my tickets?
Each event varies, most tickets will be shipped two weeks prior to the event, others will ship the week of the event and others will be available for will call. Action Seating will advise you of the ship date when confirming your order.
Can I cancel my order?
Once an order is submitted you cannot cancel. All sales are final with no refunds or exchanges unless otherwise noted. Undeer special circumstances we will permit changes to your order. However, order cancellation is dependant on managerial approval.
Can I odd number tickets?
Yes but since most people buy tickets in pairs you might have some difficulty finding one or three tickets. If you don't see the amount of tickets you require please call us at 770-458-4522 and Action Seating will assist you.
Is it safe to enter my credit card information on actionseating.com?

Where does Action Seating get their tickets?
Action Seating relies on the general public, coaches, managers, promoters, the box office, players and other brokers to obtain tickets.
Does Action Seating pay face value for tickets?
Brokers rarely pay face value for tickets. The price is determined by the demand of the event, the amount of tickets available and the quality of the seats.
How does Action Seating determine the price of a ticket?
Action Seating bases its pricing structure on the cost of acquiring the ticket, amount of tickets available and the price of similar seats.
How does Action Seating provide a service?
Many people do not have the time or energy to devote to getting seats for events they want to go to. Oftentimes tickets sell out within minutes or hours and even if you do get seats they aren't in the section you'd prefer. That's where Action Seating comes in. We can get you the perfect seats without all the frustration and disappointment at the box office. For some events like the Super Bowl or the Masters Golf Tournament tickets are rarely made available to the general public and the secondary ticket market is the only way to obtain them.
Why do brokers sometimes charge 5 or 10 times over the face value of the ticket?
When quality tickets are no longer available through the box office sometimes a secondary ticket market becomes the only way you can find and buy tickets. When this happens several factors are relevant to raise or lower the price such as ticket availability, event demand and seating location. Most brokers pay over the face value to purchase the tickets to begin with.
What if I can't find the tickets I want on ActionSeating.com?

Can Action Seating accommodate seating for disabled people?
Yes this is possible. To be sure the tickets you want are available please call our Customer Service department at 770-458-4522.
How can I tell where my seats are located in the venue?
Please review the seating chart for the tickets you have ordered. You will find all sectins shown on the venue maps. We guarantee that your tickets will be exactly as you ordered or similar. In some cases we must offer replacements for tickets you have requested, these tickets will be equal or better in quality.
How will my tickets be delivered?
Action Seating partners with FedEx to bring you tickets to any event. In some cases tickets must be picked up at a secure will call location. You will be notified of your shipping details at the time you place an order.
Why go through Action Seating as opposed to TicketMaster for tickets to events?
Action Seating allows you to choose the exact location you'd like to sit in whereas TicketMaster's site automatically chooses tickets for you. Action Seating never tells you an event is sold out and can provide tickets to events that TicketMaster does not promote.
Does Action Seating charge service fees?
No Hidden Fees is one of our guarantees. We commit to pricing our tickets so that the price you see is the price you pay. Other online sites go to great lengths to keep service fees and connection fees "Hidden" until you enter your contact and payment information.
